VINIFICATION

Grapes are harvested manually. They are 100% destemmed. Fermentation lasts for 15 days, followed by 6-8 months in concrete. Wine is not filtered or fined before bottling. SOIL Limestone, clay and silt.

TASTING NOTES

A juicy, fruity and succulent blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, this is classic vin de soif – a wine that is thirst quenching in its drinkability.
