Domaine Josmeyer - Riesling Le Kottabe 2015

Le Kottabe is a blend of different old vines parcels. It has a very clear, fresh and stony bouquet with lemon flavors. Palate is a very delicate and charming, lovely piquant and refreshing Riesling with good grip and finesse. Used in low doses only copper and sulfur, regular plowing of the vines.

TASTING NOTES Lifted notes of crushed citrus foliage set the aromatic tone on the nose of this wine. The dry palate keeps these vivid citrus notions but backs them with a riper backing track that suggests Mirabelle plum. The wine has elegance, sinuousness and a svelte but concentrated nature. The dry finish is fresh and appetizing.
