The grapes from the three parcels are vinified separately. Fermentation is carried out on indigenous yeast for 4 to 5 weeks in concrete vats.

Domaine Duseigneur is a rising star among Côtes du Rhône Sud producers. Domaine Duseigneur has its origins in the pioneering work of Bernard Duseigneur's father. It was founded in the late 70s in the commune of Saint Laurent des Arbres (Gard). Now based in Châteauneuf du Pape, thanks to an organic and biodynamic approach to the vineyards, Bernard Duseigneur's wines are absolutely revealing of their respective terroirs.
