TERROIR
Heisse Wanne is located on a sandy-clay-sandstone terroir. This parcel is essentially based on a Vosges sandstone substratum of the Buntsandstein, giving rise to deep, reddish sandy-clay soils. deep, reddish sandy-clay soils. VINIFICATION
Pressing of whole grapes. Native yeast. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation on lees in 150 year old tuns.
TASTING NOTE
Perfectly dry, direct, taut, fruity, floral and well-honed produced from 60% Grand Cru Saering.
