Manual Harvest. Grape sorted, destemmed, not crushed Pre-fermentation maceration, yeast native. Smooth and smooth fermentation in stainless steel tanks

SOIL

1Ha of vines aged over 45 years. Vineyard located on the left hill of Pommard, exhibition North / North-East. Terroir brown limestone on marls Jurassic and hard limestones.

TASTING NOTES

Fine nose, elegant, it develops on the aromas of blackcurrant, black fruits and pepper in final. Quite intense mouth, powerful and structured. Very good length, on the flowers and red fruits.
